Howard Stern - Radio King

     Well, I heard a commercial for pixels.com on Howard's show.  I heard it twice, then decided to investigate.

     I have since become a member of pixels.com.  I figured that if there was a commercial for it on Howard's show that it must be a good website.  I also reasoned that the site must have a lot of traffic on it.

     I also thought that if pixels.com could afford to buy ad time on Howard's show that they must have some play money to work with.

     Anyway, I've been on the site for a month, and I've had one sale.
     I've been trying to sell something or make money online since 2002.  I could never figure it out.

     So, Howard helped me to achieve my goal.

     Thanks again, Howard.

     He has helped my life a lot by making me laugh.

Jeff The Drunk

     I like Jeff.  Many of his appearances are legendary.  Artie does a great impression of him, too.

     I don't know who does all of these great photoshop images, but I take them from Todd Packer's channel on youtube.  There are so many of these images on his videos, it is beyond awesome.

     Some day I'll write about Jeff The Drunk, but I have to research a little more.

The Beetles

Shut Up and Sit Down

     Anyone familiar with the show recognizes this phrase.  It's from when Howard's dad, Ben Stern, yelled at him while they were recording.
     The phrase is often used as a sound-bite by Fred.

Stern Staff as DC Superheroes

      I got this image from Todd Packer's youtube channel.  I think he does the photoshop in addition to putting together his 'Best Of' videos.  This is from a 'Best of Artie' video.  Isn't it great?  Howard as 'The Green Lantern' is great.  I think Artie is 'Soloman Kane'.  Not sure, I'm not a big DC person.  Gary as 'The Flash' is funny.  I don't know who Sal is supposed to be.  I have no idea in hell who Fred is supposed to be.

      Howard always try to remain in control, but often couldn't stop Artie from taking over the show with his sometimes long-winded self-absorbed stories of debauchery.  If given a choice, I'd rather listen to Howard over Artie.

      Artie and Sal were often at odds.

     Gary is always running around doing everything.

A Couple of Comments about the famous 'Bro Fight'

      Howard is a very nice and lovely person. 
      During the famous 'Bro Fight' with our friend, Mr. Artie Lang, Howard expressed his friendship with Artie, who pretty much rejected his friendship.
      The 'Bro Fight' is kind of a tedious thing to listen to.  I've heard it a couple of times.
      I think Artie was way off the mark.
      One of my early problems with Artie was how he would kind of take over the show at times, and Howard would have to take a back seat for a while.  Howard was kind and gracious enough to tolerate this.
      Artie became a huge contributor to the show, and also became really huge....haha.

     I never tuned in because it was 'The Artie Lang Show'.  I tuned in for 'The Howard Stern Show'.

     Artie does have his own radio show now, and he has fallen asleep on his own show, haha.  Serves him right.
     Don't get me wrong, I am an Artie fan, but Jesus Christ, buy a treadmill.

Baby Gorilla

Don Rickles famously called Artie Lang a 'baby gorilla', so here are some pics...

     Artie is well-known for being close to his mother, who cooks him home-made meatballs.

     Here is Artie looking for a place to go to the bathroom.

'Mother's Milk' is still his favorite drink, though.
